The Tree That Hides the Forest: An Unfortunate Story of T/NK Lymphoma

Introduction:
NK/T lymphoma is a rare type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma [1,2]. It is a clinical entity that manifests itself essentially by a necrosis that usually starts in the nasal cavities, nasopharynx and extends to the centrofacial bone structures and the tonsil. Its anatomopathological diagnosis is not always obvious but immunophenotyping and molecular biology have made it easier to identify this type of lymphoma. Its prognosis with or without treatment remains reserved.

Methods:
This is a 45 year old patient with a history of gastroenteritis treated 6‚Äâweeks prior to admission, who presented in consultation for knee pain associated with decreased visual acuity, as well as urinary burning.
