Wound Care EHR Launched as First App for Hospital EHRs

Intellicure, Inc. (The Woodlands, TX) launched their leading wound care EHR software as an app to improve continuity of care within a hospital. This software is capable of being used inside of a hospital’s existing EHR and will assist in lowering technology costs for hospitals. Prior to this launch, hospitals were faced with the choice of either paying incredibly high rates to integrate the wound care EHR with the general EHR or keep them as two completely separate entities, allowing for two records to exist for the same patient at the same facility.
