New Hydrocolloid Adhesive Introduced

Scapa Healthcare (Windsor, CT) announced its new Soft-Pro Low Trauma Hydrocolloid, a gentle adhesive with repositionable properties for sensitive skin. As the latest addition to the company’s extensive adhesives, the product is suitable for medical device fixation, advanced wound care, and consumer wellness applications.

The hydrocolloid is a biocompatible, latex-free, gamma-stable dressing suitable for pediatric and neonatal to geriatric populations. Its breathable and absorbent adhesive can be gently lifted and reapplied with little residue while maintaining a strong securement on the skin.
