Modulated Imaging Takes on a New Name with a Defined Focus and Mission

Modulim (Irvine, CA), is officially the new name of Modulated Imaging. With this new name, the company is also moving into a larger space and is growing many of its divisions, including the sales, marketing, engineering, and clinical applications teams. The company has also launched an updated website, www.modulim.com. 

The more defined focus of the company will be point-of-care diagnostics. This includes not only the imaging, but also the software, data/analytics, and clinical solutions that all play a role in helping clinicians prevent complications that could arise due to compromised circulation. The first system launched under this new name will be Clarifi™ Imaging, which will offer clinicians a reliable and objective method of assessing tissue oxygen saturation and hemoglobin concentration and distribution in the tissue. This system aims to provide early warnings for complications such as diabetic foot ulcers.
