Merger Creates New US-based Wound Care Company

SteadMed Medical (Fort Worth, TX) and URGO Group (Paris, France) recently announced the merging of their North American medical activities to create a new entity, Urgo Medical North America, that will focus on acute and chronic wound care. This new company will remain headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, under the leadership of the former SteadMed management team. Its portfolio is dedicated to offering relief to patients with severe wounds, with products such as Vashe, Drawtext, and the Restore Triact line.
