Federal Supply Schedule for Wound Matrix

Acera Surgical (St Louis, MO) announced that it received a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract from the National Acquisition Center of the Department of Veterans Affairs (Hines, IL). Effective until August 2023, the FSS contract allows government facilities to easily access the company’s Restrata Wound Matrix. This nanomedical scaffold is similar to native human extracellular matrices and supports cellular growth, differentiation, retention, and vascularization. It comes in a variety of sizes for use in partial- and full-thickness wounds; pressure, venous, diabetic, and chronic vascular ulcers; tunneling wounds; and surgical wounds.
