Acquisition Expands Electronic Medical Record Platform

Net Health (Pittsburgh, PA) announced an agreement to acquire Optima Healthcare Solutions to create an industry leader that serves multiple specialized clinical settings, including the hospital, patient’s home, and all points in between, through powerful cloud-based software solutions and electronic medical record software. The combined company will serve patients in more than 14,000 facilities across North America.
