Outcomes of a Transapical Edge-To-Edge Repair System in Secondary Mitral Regurgitation

Video 1. Echocardiographic image indicated severe functional mitral regurgitation at baseline.

Video 2. Three-dimensional-enface view and X-plane view showed that the valve-crossing device passed through the mitral valve apparatus into the left atrium.

Video 3. The 2 V-shaped matched arms were prepared for leaflet capture.

Video 4. Three-dimensional-enface view showed fixation of the ValveClamp system (Hanyu Medical Technology).

Video 5. Echocardiographic image indicated mild functional mitral regurgitation after ValveClamp (Hanyu Medical Technology) implantation.
