Kounis Syndrome Manifesting With Myocardial Infarction Due to Bi-Coronary Late Stent Thrombosis Following Anaphylaxis

Video 1. Coronary angiography showing an intraluminal filling defect in the mid-left anterior descending artery (in-stent) and Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction-2 flow.

Video 2.  Coronary angiography of the right coronary artery showing diffuse intraluminal haziness and severe in-stent stenosis in the distal segment.

Video 3. After wiring the left anterior descending artery and diagonal branch, the filling defect resolved, and Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction-3 flow was restored.

Video 4. Coronary angiography of the right coronary artery during optical coherence tomography.

Video 5. Optical coherence tomography of the right coronary artery after percutaneous coronary intervention of the distal in-stent stenosis showing multiple intraluminal thrombi in both stented and native segments, interspersed with a stented segment without any significant lesion.
