Coronary-Pulmonary Artery Fistula With Aneurysm Formations

Video 1. Coronary angiography from the cranial view revealed tortuous dilated vessels from the left main artery surrounding the sinus of the aorta.

Video 2. Coronary angiography from the caudal view revealed a large tortuous vessel from the distal of circumflex artery travelling upward and eventually joining the vascular mass in the aortic sinus.

Video 3. Coronary angiography from the left anterior oblique view revealed a large tortuous vessel from the proximal of right coronary artery travelling upward and eventually joining the vascular mass in the aortic sinus.
