Alternative Support Apparatus Receives $2.6 Million Contract to Provide U.S. Air Force with 54 Units of the Compact All-Terrain, ASAP
Midvale, OH -- 03 Dec. 2007 -- Alternative Support Apparatus LLC, manufacturer of the pioneering all-terrain ASAP unit, today announced it has received one contract from the United States Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency (AFCESA), totalling $2.6 million. Under the contract, the company will provide 54 ASAP vehicles to be used in support of the global war on terror. The order, which will be delivered in late 2007 through 2008, will be stocked with the AFCESA's new deployment packages and sent to various locations around the world.
