Guidelines for Contributors

EMS World welcomes editorial submissions from writers affiliated with the EMS industry (as well as professional contributors) that would be of interest and relevance to our audience.

Articles may cover clinical information and updates, agency or provider profiles, leadership and management content, opinion perspectives and more.

Articles are generally limited to 1500 words each (or separated into multiple parts of a series). References are welcome (though not required) and photos and other visuals (charts, diagrams etc.) are encouraged to convey the information.

EMS World requests that editorial submissions have not been submitted or published to other publications and writers will be asked to sign a disclosure and transfer of copyright. Following submission, a member of the EMS World editorial staff will confirm receipt and your submission may be reviewed by our editorial advisory board prior to revision and/or acceptance. Authors retain final approval authority on all published content.
