Venous Leg Ulcer Management

Venous leg ulcers, particularly those that are chronic wounds, can be difficult to manage. Diagnosis requires both imaging confirmation and an examination of underlying history, and treatment is often multimodal and ongoing, particularly in the context of compression therapy. A recent review of the literature was conducted for the purpose of establishing a systematic approach for clinicians to consider when establishing their treatment plans.
