Limb Salvage Following Necrotizing Soft Tissue Infection

In this case presentation, the clinician sought a treatment option that would close a complex wound and salvage the limb through the use of a fetal bovine dermal matrix and negative pressure wound therapy. This video was presented as a poster at the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care Spring 2018 in Charlotte, NC.
