Treatment of Stable Vitiligo

In this interview, Dr Somesh Gupta discusses the safety and efficacy of epidermal cell suspension and hair follicle cell suspension for surgical treatment of stable vitiligo. He also touched upon what seems to be the limiting factor which leads to unsatisfactory response and hence the need for multiple modalities of management.

Somesh Gupta, MD, DNB, MNAMS, is a Professor at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. He has a wide body of research on Vitiligo and it’s management and has edited two international books on the topic, published by Wiley. He has about 300 publications in indexed journals.
