Pop Quiz: Rosacea Research
The National Rosacea Society (NRS) reports that rosacea decreases self-confidence and self-esteem in a majority of patients with rosacea, causing patients to avoid public contact and cancel social engagements.1 However, patients’ emotional and social well-being has been found to improve after initiation of treatment. Therefore, research can help health care providers better understand how to diagnose, treat, and manage rosacea, as well as the comorbidities associated with rosacea. Test your knowledge with this quiz series on recent research!
