Woven Coronary Artery Anomaly

Video Supplement to “An Unusual Entity: Woven Coronary Artery Anomaly” (March 2020 Clinical Images article by López-Lluva, et al).

The recognition of woven coronary artery anomaly is difficult because of its rare nature. It has been considered a benign pathology, but cases with ischemia, infarction, and arrhythmia are increasing. It can be misinterpreted as recanalized thrombus, spontaneous coronary dissection, or chronic occlusion with bridging collaterals. Imaging is crucial not only for the differential diagnosis but also to guide the treatment approach.
