Upper-Limb Arterial Anomalies

Video Supplement to “Arterial Anomalies of the Upper Limb and Their Influence on Transradial Coronary Procedures,” by Garg, et al (Original Contribution).

Arterial anomalies of the upper limb are associated with significantly higher rate of transradial navigation difficulties, transradial failures, and local vascular complications. Different anomalies are associated with different degrees of impact on transradial outcomes and require an individualized approach for their transradial navigation. The following angiographic series highlights different transradial navigation techniques for anomalous upper-limb arteries.
