Repair of Dual Drainage Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return

Video Supplement to “Transcatheter Approach to a Dual Drainage Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return,” by Sami, et al. (August 2020 Clinical Images).

A 76-year-old male with history of a ventricular septal defect (VSD) surgically corrected at the age of 16 years presented with worsening palpitation, dyspnea, and pedal edema. CTA revealed partial anomalous pulmonary venous return with dual drainage from right upper pulmonary vein to the distal superior vena cava and left atrium. The following imaging study details his subsequent treatment.
