Perforation of an Aortopulmonary Collateral

Video Supplement to “Perforation of an Aortopulmonary Collateral: A Scary Sight in the Lab!” by Bhasin, et al. (April 2021 Clinical Images).

A 12-year-old boy with complex cyanotic congenital heart disease with single-ventricle physiology was planned for univentricular repair. The following imaging series demonstrates aortopulmonary collateral occlusion using thrombotic embolization coils, which was complicated by perforation of an aortopulmonary collateral arising from the descending thoracic aorta.
