Percutaneous VSD Closure After Triple Valvular Prosthesis Surgery

An 81-year-old woman with three biological prostheses at the aortic valve, mitral valve, and tricuspid valve presented with recurrent hospitalizations due to heart failure. The following echocardiographic and angiographic video series highlights the percutaneous closure of her ventricular septal defect in the presence of the three valvular prostheses.
