LAA Occlusion With the LAmbre Device

Video Supplement to “Occlusion of a Multilobed Shallow Left Atrial Appendage Using a Special LAmbre Device After Failed Watchman Implantation" [February 2019 Clinical Images article by So, et al.]

A 69-year-old woman with atrial fibrillation and history of gastrointestinal bleeding on oral anticoagulation underwent LAA occlusion. The following angiographic series shows unsuccessful attempts to implant a Watchman device, followed by a successful attempt to complete LAA occlusion with a LAmbre device.
