Evidence of Sarcoidosis During Angiography

A 72-year-old female presented to our district general hospital with sudden-onset central chest pain, on a background of a 6-month history of increasing breathlessness. Angiography revealed a lesion in her RCA, which was treated with PCI. Extracardiac calcified masses were noted during her intervention, and the patient was later diagnosed with sarcoidosis.
