Coronary Artery Compression by Pacemaker Leads

Video Supplement to “Unusual Complication of Pacemaker Leads,” by Dahdouh, et al. (August 2020 Clinical Images).

A 6-year-old girl with a permanent epicardial pacemaker implanted in infancy for congenital complete heart block received generator change. Immediately post procedure, she had ventricular tachycardia with refractory cardiac arrest. Central extracardiac membrane oxygenation was inserted. Echocardiogram revealed severe left ventricular dysfunction. This coronary angiography series demonstrates the diagnosis and subsequent treatment.
