Coronary Angiography of a 31-Year-Old Patient With Noonan Syndrome

Video Supplement to “Cardiac Arrest in a 31-Year-Old Man With Noonan Syndrome" [February 2019 Clinical Images article by Grotti, et al.]

A 31-year-old man with Noonan syndrome suffered an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. ECG at return of spontaneous circulation showed ST-elevation in V1-V2, aVR, and lateral leads (Figure 1A). On arrival at our institution, the patient had severe postanoxic coma, but normalized ECG and stable hemodynamics. His coronary angiography videos are presented below.
