Angiography of a Slaloming Coronary Anatomy

A 66-year-old man with refractory angina was admitted for PCI through a tortuous saphenous vein graft sequentially anastomosed with a diagonal and a first marginal branch. Angiography of the patient’s treatment through his slaloming coronary anatomy is presented below.
