Angiographic Series of a Spontaneously Sealed Forearm Radial Artery Perforation

Video Supplement to “Spontaneously Sealed Forearm Radial Artery Perforation During a Left Distal Transradial Coronary Intervention,” by Oliveira, et al. (November 2020 Clinical Images).

A 62-year-old woman with short stature, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, peripheral arterial disease, and previous acute myocardial infarction requiring PCI of the left anterior descending artery presented with non-ST elevation AMI. She was referred to urgent coronary angiography via left distal transradial access, which was complicated by radial artery perforation. The following angiography series illustrates her subsequent treatment course.
