I always apologize. My fault. Never the patient. My tally is 109,007, today(The tally is a running fun joke…for the new medics) Missed plenty, and will miss in the future. If a person says they never miss, they never try a difficult iv. 40 years of practice does help the skill set. There is one thing better than skill, it’s luck.
