Md. Deputy Exposed to Fentanyl During Call Tells his Story

A Harford County sheriff's deputy accidentally exposed to fentanyl while responding to an overdose call has fully recovered, and he's telling his story in the hopes it will never happen to one of his colleagues.

Cpl. Kevin Phillips and two EMS providers somehow came into contact with fentanyl while on a call last Friday in Abingdon.
