Colorado Springs Fire Department Offers CARES Program

The CARES (Community Assistance Referral and Education Services) program started in 2012. It is designed to provide resources and services for high utilizers of the 9-1-1 system so that they no longer call 9-1-1 for the non-emergency services they require.
