Legal Experts in EMS Partner to Form New Firm

MIDDLETON, MA—Three of the most trusted and well-known attorneys focused on representing clients in the EMS industry have joined together to form a new law firm. Effective January 1, 2025, Brian Werfel, Scott Moore, and Christopher Kelly officially launched the Werfel, Moore and Kelly Law Group. 

With nearly 80 years of combined experience, Werfel, Moore, and Kelly have common areas of practice as well as specialized areas of law, exclusively representing EMS and mobile healthcare providers. The new firm can effectively represent the interests of any mobile healthcare provider in a wide range of legal matters by offering a complete package to both current and future clients.

Moore has been in the EMS field for 34 years and has held various executive positions at several ambulance services in Massachusetts. He specializes in human resources, employment and labor law, employee benefits, ambulance service reimbursement, and corporate compliance matters.

Kelly has more than 25 years of experience focused on the mobile healthcare industry, including EMS and ambulance service, mobile integrated healthcare and community paramedicine, non-emergent medical transportation, and the billing and software companies that support these industries.
