Harrington Retires From Responsive Respiratory After 22 Years

ST. LOUIS, MO—Responsive Respiratory, Inc. (RRI) announced that Michael Harrington has retired as the company’s Vice President of Sales, effective Jan. 31, 2025. Harrington was one of three founding partners of the company and served in the VP role overseeing the sales department since RRI opened for business in 2003. Prior to co-founding Responsive Respiratory, Harrington served as sales manager with Victor Medical, Denton, Texas.

During Harrington’s tenure as VP of sales, he was critical to the strategic growth of the company and its rise as a leading manufacturer of high-pressure oxygen equipment. In his role, he managed both domestic and international sales for RRI and built a successful team of dedicated sales representatives, contributing to the growth of the company. A valued member of the home medical equipment industry for over three decades, Harrington is respected by both colleagues and customers across the country.

“We have benefited greatly from Mike’s many contributions to RRI over the years, perhaps none more important than his passion for developing strong customer relationships” said Steve Bannon, president. “His dedication, leadership and tireless work ethic was instrumental in shaping the company’s success and his deep industry knowledge and technical know-how will be sorely missed. It’s been an honor to work with him and we wish him the best in his retirement.”
