5 Injured When Ky. Jeep Collides With Ambulance

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – It was a Metro EMS crew that found themselves in need of help after they crashed at the intersection of 1st and Broadway in downtown Louisville.

Police say a Jeep Cherokee slammed into the driver’s side of the ambulance around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. 

The Jeep suffered significant damage and the door was removed from the ambulance where two crew members were inside.
