Three Injured in Slippery Wis. Ambulance Crash

An ambulance slid down a slippery hill and hit several trees in Cornell Tuesday morning, leaving three people injured, reports WEAU.com.
The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department reported there was freezing rain as a Cornell Ambulance responded to a call for a person suffering chest pain.
As the ambulance was heading to St. Joseph’s Hospital, it reportedly slid down a hill, left the road and hit the trees. The driver, an EMT, and the patient reportedly all suffered non life-threatening injuries.
