Proud Moments ABA Acquired by Audax Private Equity

Autism behavioral health services provider Proud Moments has been acquired by Audax Private Equity, a private equity firm that specializes in building middle market companies. The acquisition was announced by Berkery Noyes, an independent investment bank that served as the sell-side adviser in the deal.

Proud Moments provides center-, school- and home-based autism behavioral health services for patients from birth to age 21 who are affected by autism spectrum disorder. Proud Moments operates in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Tennessee and Nevada.
