Integrity Inc., Willow Tree Center announce merger in New Jersey

Integrity Inc., a New Jersey non-profit substance abuse rehabilitation organization with locations in Newark, Secaucus, Jersey City and Toms River, and The Willow Tree Center, a substance abuse center in Morris Plains, have announced a merger to provide addiction treatment and recovery services across the northern part of the state.

The Willow Tree Center, which provides outpatient drug and alcohol abuse services, as well as prevention of substance abuse by youth and advocacy against bullying and violence in the greater Morris County area, joined the Integrity network on July 1.

The facility will now be known as The Willow Tree Center, a Program of Integrity. Wholly owned by Integrity, Willow Tree will provide public and private outpatient services in Morris County, extending Integrity’s programs into a suburban environment.

Established in 1968, Integrity is the largest state-funded and licensed treatment facility in New Jersey, providing addiction treatment and support services for nearly 2,400 adults and adolescents per year.
