Minneapolis Firms Announce Investment in Ark Behavioral Health

Hunter Street Partners and Healy Capital Partners, a pair of Minneapolis-based investment firms, have entered into a partnership to fund an expansion of Ark Behavioral Health, an owner and operator of substance use disorder treatment facilities in the Northeast.

Ark operates four specialized treatment facilities, providing guidance and treatment for individuals and families struggling with drug and/or alcohol addiction. The company provides inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive supervised outpatient and outpatient programs, with plans to add detox services next month.

The deal with Ark is the second partnership in the behavioral health sector for Hunter Street. The firm previously invested in BridgesMN, a provider of services and housing options for individuals with intellectual development disabilities.
