Baymark buys two outpatient centers in Pa.

BayMark Health Services has acquired MedTech Healthcare Group’s two outpatient centers in western Pennsylvania—its first entry into the state.

BayMark was formed in 2015 from the merger of MedMark and BAART Programs and provides medication-assisted treatment in 52 locations across 10 states, serving 23,000 patients. In September, it also acquired three outpatient treatment centers and a methadone maintenance and detox center in Texas.

Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
