BayMark Health Services announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Norton HealthCare, an office-based opioid treatment provider with locations in Norton, Massachusetts, and Salem, New Hampshire. The deal comes days after BayMark announced the acquisition of an opioid treatment program in Southern California.

The Norton programs offer medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction with buprenorphine and Suboxone, along with counseling services. BayMark now operates five OBOT locations in Massachusetts, while the Salem property marks BayMark’s first OBOT program in New Hampshire.

Overall, BayMark provides medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorder to more than 53,000 patients across the U.S. and Canada.
