During an educational session at the AAPM clinical meeting, Katherine Galluzzi, DO, CMD, professor and chair, department of geriatrics, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, gave an overview of geriatric pain management, with an emphasis on clinical challenges, therapeutic options, and the importance of clear communication with patients and their caregivers. Based on her presentation, Galluzzi offers her insight on four common problems that arise when managing pain in the nursing home.

Using EHR Data to Predict Diabetic Neuropathic Pain
