AAWC Update

2017 AAWC Wound Care Clinic Directory is available

The AAWC’s annual directory, with information on wound clinics and centers, private office facilities, hospitals, and home health care organizations, is now available. The directory has more than 1000 listings and is available in PDF and Excel formats. The PDF version is provided free as a benefit of AAWC membership from the Members-Only area of www.aawconline.org. The Excel file is available in the AAWC Online Store for purchase (https://aawconline.org/store/.) Valuable contact information is included, such as facility name, director/contact person, address, phone, fax, email, website, and type of clinic/center.

AAWC Scholarship Program continues through August 31

Time is running out to complete the AAWC Scholarship application. Funds are available for wound care teaching, learning, and travel. Members in good standing for 1 year can apply by visiting www.aawconline.org/scholarships. Consideration will be given to support events that may have already been paid for (such as a college course), as well as events that will occur in the near future.

Join AAWC at SAWC Fall and register early for extra savings

The Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC Fall) is taking place in Las Vegas, NV at Caesars Palace on October 20–22, 2017. AAWC members receive a 20% discount on registration to the symposium, which can cover annual dues. Be sure to combine this discount with early bird registration rates, available until September 15, 2017. Also, please earmark October 21, 8:00 am, and plan to attend the AAWC Membership Meeting.
