Dilation and Sealing of Dissection With Noncovered Stent and the Flash Catheter

Dissection in a nondilatable lesion creates a clinical problem because debulking is usually necessary. Careful placement of the atherectomy device and sealing of the dissection is necessary. In this case, the authors perform dilation and sealing of the dissection with a noncovered stent aided by the Flash catheter (Cardinal Health).
