CrossLock for CTO in Peripheral Vessel

A 75-year-old woman presented with a 6-month history of increasing left leg claudication. To cross the occlusion, the author used a CrossLock catheter, which has a distal elastomeric balloon that centers the catheter in the blood vessel, making passage of the wire across the CTO more likely to be successful.
