AMP Presents CLI Live Series Case 4

In this CLI Live Case, a Rutherford class 6 male presented for a second opinion due to a previous referral for major amputation. End-stage CLI symptoms included significant rest pain and necrotic left foot with dry gangrene. Baseline evaluation included CO2 angiography (due to CDK) and IVUS imaging. OAS and PTA performed to heavily calcified CFA, SFA, POP, and TPT with future, staged BTK intervention for limb preservation.
