AMP Presents CLI Live Series Case 4

In this CLI Live Case, a Rutherford class 6 male presented for a second opinion due to a previous referral for major amputation. End-stage CLI symptoms included significant rest pain and necrotic left foot with dry gangrene. Baseline evaluation included CO₂ angiography (due to CDK) and IVUS imaging. OAS and PTA performed to heavily calcified CFA, SFA, POP, and TPT with future, staged BTK intervention for limb preservation.
