Reapplix

Founded in 2008, Reapplix specializes in the biological treatment and management of chronic wounds. The patented 3C Patch System is an innovative, biological wound management solution clinically proven for the management of chronic diabetic wounds. Reapplix is headquartered in Denmark, with a dedicated sales and distribution team in the US.

The 3C Patch System consists of the 3C Patch Kit and the 3CP Centrifuge. The 3CP Centrifuge is a table-top centrifuge provided on a loan basis.

The 3C Patch Kit contains the following single-use components: 3C Patch Device, 3C Patch Needle Holder, Winged blood collection set with protector, Alcohol swab, Post-sampling adhesive bandage, and Primary dressing.

The 3C Patch System uses 18 mL of the patient’s blood to create a robust triple-layer patch comprising leukocytes, platelets and fibrin.

3C Patch is created through a patented, completely automated centrifugation process at the point-of-care in approximately 20 minutes.

In-vitro evidence shows that 3C Patch continuously releases the patient’s own growth factors and immune cells, which can adapt to the wound environment.

The fibrin layer provides structural integrity, making handling and application easy.

Independent, large (n=269), multi-center RCT published in The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology, 2018.1
