Boosting Advanced Practice Provider Engagement at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

The APP Governing Council, created in 2022, brought together 3 existing councils within the organization that aimed to create opportunities for APP professional advocacy, empowerment, and to foster engagement in scholarly work. The APP Governing Council aimed to recognize, synchronize, and expand on the efforts of these 3 councils with a united front.
Smith presented on the outcomes of this initiative and the growth of the program since its inception at the 2024 JADPRO Live Meeting in Grapevine, Texas.
