Video 3. Shockwave lithotripsy from the left main coronary artery into the left circumflex artery.
Video 4. Retrograde stenting of the left anterior descending artery through the vein graft to the obtuse marginal artery.
Video 5: Final angiogram showing Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction 3 flow from the left main to the left anterior descending artery.
Video 6: Patent vein graft to the obtuse marginal artery
