Rotational-Atherectomy Induced Fistula

Video Supplement to “The Diagonal Branch to the Accompanying Vein Fistula After Rotational Atherectomy" [November 2019 Clinical Images article by Yi, et al].

RA is a very effective treatment for calcified lesions, but complications can occur. We present an angiographic video series demonstrating rotational-atherectomy induced fistula between the diagonal branch and the accompanying vein. Thus far, the patient has had no relevant symptoms; thus, no intervention has been undertaken. We will closely monitor the patient to determine future treatment.
