Remedy of a Deep Downward Shift of a Valve Using Double Snares and “Sandwich” Technique

Video 1. A self-expanding valve moved downward to the deep left ventricle.

Video 2. Two snares were applied to pull the valve up to the ascending aorta.

Video 3. Another 30-mm self-expanding valve was valve-in-valve released 3 mm below the native annulus.
