Modified Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement: The Pros and Cons of Removing the Guidewire Immediately After Valve Deployment

Video 1. The Safari guidewire was advanced in the mid-left ventricle until annular contact and functionality of the valve at two-thirds of deployment.
